If your manufacturing order is late, we will notify you. If the order doesn’t meet the deadline, Gometrics S.L. will not be liable or responsible of any consequences due to this delay.

In case of defective product, we will coordinate a return, repair or replacement without additional cost. To do this, you should notify us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

In case you want to make a return, you should provide the needed information to identify the order. (Order number, name of the payer, etc). Once the product is identified, we will study your request and we will answer you within 14 days by email.

For a correct return, you should send the product with its corresponding packaging and the document proving the purchase (receipt, invoice)
