Terms and conditions of online shop


  1. Customers of our Store can be people who are 18 years of age or older and with full legal capacity.
  2. Our store sells products online. We offer 24/7 service, 365 days a year. So orders can be placed 24/7.
  3. We only sell new products without physical or legal defects.
  4. All the products available in our store are physically in stock in our warehouse or with immediate production capacity. However, information on product availability may change without prior notice.




  1. All prices are in European Union currency (Euro). The indicated gross price does not include VAT tax. In case that the value added tax must be added, it will be indicated with a full description on the invoice when the goods are delivered. The price of each product is determined when ordering it is binding and will not change until the payment is made.
  2. The store reserves the right to modify the prices of the available products in the store, the introduction of new products, make and withdraw special offers on the store’s websites or make changes to the websites.
  3. All orders will be executed in the order in which they were confirmed in our electronic sales panel.




  1. Orders are placed by filling correctly in the order form that is on our website.
  2. Orders can only be made by people who provide all the information necessary to carry out the transaction.
  3. Each order placed by the Customer is confirmed – we will send an e-mail informing the customer of the receipt of the order.
  4. The store reserves the right to verify the order and confirm units and terms within 72 hours. If there is no contact with the buyer or the order cannot be confirmed, the store reserves the right to suspend the order. In this case, the money would be returned within a week of receipt.




  1. The store executes the orders within the first 48 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received in full. If there are any problems executing the order, customers will be informed as quickly as possible.
  2. Deliveries both within the U.E. as outside the EU, they will be carried out by the transport company Fedex unless for operational reasons Gometrics S.L. designates another carrier. Within the Iberian Peninsula the most appropriate service will be chosen.
  3. In the event that the courier service is selected by the buyer, the store and Gometrics S.L. is not responsible for damage or loss of the goods allegedly caused by Courier Company.
  4. The store is not responsible for shipments that haven’t been delivered by the courier service due to errors or irresponsibility of customers (no contact, no one at office, wrong delivery address) or failure of the courier service. In addition, the store is not responsible for the detention of packages by the control of the authorities (customs for example). The courier service makes several attempts to deliver the shipment. If not delivered for any of the above reasons, the shipment is deemed delivered. The cost of shipping for lost abroad varies and is reported when placing the order.


Returns and claims


  1. The seller reviews requests and complaints and then provides information about the product in writing, by email or via electronic forms.
  2. In the process of filing complaints or inquiries, the customer must use his order number or provide the needed information for identification.
  3. The store will respond to the claim within 14 business days from the moment it receives all the needed information (point 16). Answers can be provided in the same form in which the request or claim was made.
  4. Refund is only possible if all the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions have been achieved. If the product has reached the customer with a defect due to the courier service, or has a manufacturing defect, its return, repair or replacement will be coordinated at no additional cost to the customer. For this, the customer must inform the store in writing within 48 hours of receipt. In case of reimbursement of the merchandise, a modest cost related to transport and handling will be deducted. If the product reaches the Customer without defects, the store is not obliged to accept its return and no refund is guaranteed.
  5. The customer is obliged to resend the container with the product and the receipt or invoice.

  1. The return of the material or its reimbursement once delivered is not contemplated, except as indicated in clause 19. The stipulated warranty period of the product will always apply. This will be at least 1 year (12 months) from the date of receipt of the material (there are products that have a longer warranty period). In case of breakdown or malfunction upon receipt of the equipment, Gometrics S.L. must be informed within 48 hours of receipt so that our customer service team can manage its remote repair, return or replacement. After this period of 48 hours from delivery, it will not be treated as a return but as a repair.

Payment methods


  1. The shop offers three forms of payment:
  2. Bank transfer: payment is made after the order is placed. The customer can make a transfer through the Internet or a bank. The credit account number will be sent to the Customer by e-mail together with the appropriate information on the acceptance of the order. The order will be executed after receipt of payment.
  3. Payment by card. The customer’s card will be charged when the shop initiates the execution of the order after it has been checked and accepted. The order confirmation will be communicated to the Customer by e-mail, as well as the agreed delivery time.
  4. Payment by Paypal in the same way as the second method.


Refunds and overpayments


  1. In the event that circumstances require the shop to reimburse the money paid by the customer into the shop’s account, this reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 working days.
  2. If the customer paid by credit card or electronic transfer, the refund is paid into the credit card number or bank account from which the payment was made. In the case of an ordinary bank transfer, cash on delivery, or when for reasons beyond the shop’s responsibility the identification of the bank account number from which the payment was made is not possible, the refund will be made to the of the customer in the shop (overpayment). Overpayment from the customer’s account will be transferred to the customer’s bank account only when he/she orders it. The order is placed in the shop via the contact form or in writing to the shop management.
  3. The Shop reserves the right to verify the identity of the Customer requesting the return. The Shop is not responsible for the error or delay in making the refund if the Customer, despite having sent the request by e-mail, does not indicate the account number where he/she wants the payment to be made, or if he/she does not provide the necessary data for the Shop to make the payment. The Shop is not responsible for the failure or delay of the refund in different situations where the Customer has given wrong personal information (name, address) or an incorrect account number.


Data security and confidentiality


  1. Personal data of any kind is stored according to the principle of complete voluntariness and is intended solely and exclusively for the company GOMETRICS S.L. It is limited to the minimum necessary and serves only to identify buyers and correctly process orders. Each customer has the right to consult its data, to rectify it or to delete it, in addition to all rights resulting from the legislation in force.
  2. Personal data is protected in accordance with the legislation in force in this area in such a way as to prevent access by third parties.
  3. In case the Customer expresses his/her additional consent, his/her personal data will be processed by the Shop in order to inform the Customer about new goods, promotions and services available in the Shop.
  4. In case the Customer expresses his/her additional consent, his/her personal data may be transferred for processing to another entity indicated in the content of such consent in order for the Shop to obtain information about the Customer’s satisfaction with the product or service provided by the Shop.
  5. The Customers of the Shop have the right to consult their personal data, to rectify them and to demand their deletion.
