In response to the specific needs of a major power generation company in Spain, Gometrics has developed a comprehensive solution that optimizes and centralizes calibration processes: the multifunction calibration bench.

This project arose from the need to centralize and optimize the management of calibrations of multiple field equipment in power generation facilities. The main objective was to establish a system that would allow performing calibrations with ENAC traceability in an efficient and controlled manner, ensuring maximum accuracy in critical measurements for the operation of power plants.

Innovative and ergonomic design

The system is distinguished by its modular and ergonomic design, incorporating a unique aluminum profile structure that integrates an upper instrumentation cabinet and a robust work table. A notable feature is its innovative elevation system, which allows the height of the upper panel and work table to be adjusted, enabling the operator to work comfortably in both standing and seated positions.

The dimensions of the bench have been carefully studied to optimize the work space, with a length of 2424 mm, width of 705 mm and height of 351 mm, providing a wide and functional work surface with a depth of 395 mm.

• Temperature probe calibrators (RTD, TC, Ω, mV) with high accuracy

• Pneumatic distribution system with independent regulators
