This is based on getting a detailed report of the stability and uniformity of a useful volume. At the same time, the results of the thermal characterization are used to calculate the uncertainty that contributes to the calibration of the characterized thermostatic baths.

In the case of isothermal media, we perform this service on equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, incubators, stability chambers, autoclaves, freeze-dryers, cold rooms, etc. The objective of the characterization is to verify that they are uniform in each of the temperatures with which the equipment works. For this, the stability and uniformity of the equipment in its useful area is assessed, in addition to knowing the useful volume of the isothermal medium.
